Seller Right of Withdrawal — Joede Boutique

At Joede Boutique, sellers have the right to withdraw from their seller agreement or close their seller account, subject to any outstanding orders, payments, disputes, refunds, or other obligations.

1. Right to Withdraw

A seller may request to withdraw from the Joede Boutique marketplace at any time by contacting Joede Boutique through the official seller support channels or by using any account-closure option made available on the platform.

Withdrawal from the marketplace means that the seller no longer wishes to operate as a seller on Joede Boutique.

2. Notice of Withdrawal

Sellers should provide reasonable notice before closing their seller account, particularly where they have:

• Pending customer orders

• Products awaiting shipment

• Outstanding returns or refunds

• Open customer disputes

• Pending marketplace payments

• Other unresolved obligations

Joede Boutique may require outstanding orders and customer issues to be resolved before the seller account is permanently closed.

3. Pending Orders

Closing or withdrawing a seller account does not automatically cancel existing customer orders.

The seller remains responsible for properly fulfilling orders that were accepted before the withdrawal request, unless Joede Boutique determines that cancellation or another resolution is appropriate.

4. Outstanding Payments

Any amounts owed to the seller may be processed according to Joede Boutique's normal payment schedule and applicable deductions.

Amounts relating to refunds, chargebacks, disputes, commissions, fees, or other legitimate adjustments may be deducted before the final seller payout.

5. Product Listings

Following withdrawal, Joede Boutique may deactivate the seller's product listings and prevent new orders from being placed.

Previously created seller content may remain in system records where necessary for legal, accounting, customer-service, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business purposes.

6. Customer Returns and Refunds

Withdrawal does not remove the seller's responsibility for legitimate returns, refunds, defective products, incorrect orders, or other customer claims relating to orders placed before withdrawal.

Sellers agree to cooperate with Joede Boutique in resolving such matters.

7. Rejoining Joede Boutique

A seller who has withdrawn may apply to become a seller again in the future.

Joede Boutique may require the seller to complete a new registration or verification process before the account is reactivated.

8. Joede Boutique's Right to Terminate

The Seller's right to voluntarily withdraw does not prevent Joede Boutique from suspending or terminating a seller account where the seller has violated the Seller Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or marketplace policies.
